When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmed payment. You will receive a tracking number on WhatsApp once your parcel is collected by the courier.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Courier deliveries happen on weekdays only (Monday to Friday). Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday. Estimated delivery days are working days.

How do I qualify for free delivery?

Free delivery applies automatically to all orders totalling R800 or more. No code needed. The delivery fee is waived when we confirm your order on WhatsApp.

Can I track my order?

What if my order is delayed?

Can I exchange or return an item?

We accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 7 days of delivery. WhatsApp us with your order details and the reason for the exchange. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Do you deliver to rural / farm areas?

Yes, we deliver to most rural addresses. Remote areas may incur an additional surcharge and can take 1–2 extra days. WhatsApp us your address and we'll confirm the exact fee.

What payment methods do you accept?
